è il tipico fischietto bitonale in terracotta a forma di galletto. Il nome invece era dato dai artigiani gravinesi a la còula-còule, che dal dialetto significa gazza é un volatile abituale dei boschi di Murgia. Oltre di essere un simpatico giocattolo per i bambini, nella tradizione popolare é il simbolo di prosperità e buon augurio. In passato veniva regalato spesso come promessa di matrimonio ad una fidanzata; se suonava correttamente, la famiglia sarà felice e prolifica.Queste cola cola sono fatte a mano da Raffaele Loglisci di Gavina di Puglia.
